    What is Disney like at Christmas?

    Nichelle,

    Walt Disney World at Christmas is like getting two treats for the price of one. You get all the magic of Walt Disney World, and you get the holiday overlay to boot!

    A few notes about this time of year;

    • Crowd levels are at their highest for the entire year, so planning is essential.
    • Any table service dining really requires a reservation.
    • Holiday decor is great in the parks, as you might anticipate. But it is also very festive in the resorts. And in some of the Deluxe resorts it raises to a level worthy of visiting to view.
    • Temperatures are a bit on the cooler side. While the pools at Disney resorts are heated, you are likely to find temperatures less than ideal for swimming or water parks. For the evenings you really need a light coat or sweatshirt.
    • Special entertainment in the parks themed to the Christmas holiday adds a nice touch. Be sure to enjoy some of it if you are interested.
    What else about this time of year can I help you with?

    Have a magical vacation!
