Do the Disney characters walk around the Magic Kingdom as they used to many years ago & allow you to take photos with them? Thanks.

    Welcome back, Leila!

Yes, you can still find many characters throughout the theme parks and water parks at Walt Disney World Resort. You can pick up Times Guide or download the My Disney Experience mobile app so you can easily find the location and times your favorite characters will be greeting Guests. You will also find Disney's PhotoPass Photographers at many locations ready to capture your magical moments.

Some characters have designated locations while other characters may move about an area. For example, at the Magic Kingdom, Minnie Mouse can be found daily at Pete's Silly Sideshow, while you may find Fairy Godmother in a different Fantasyland location each day. Keep in mind that FastPass+ Character Experiences allow you to reserve a visit before you even arrive on property. We love this complimentary service, so we are sure to meet our favorite Arendelle sisters at Princess Fairytale Hall or Meet Disney Pals at the Epcot Character Spot.

I hope this helps in your planning. Please visit us again with other questions that may arise as you prepare for your visit.

    Have a magical day!
