    Disney with a baby?

    Hi Nicole,

Call me crazy, but I took my son to Disney when he was just 3 months old!  I wasn't going to wait around until he was older (because I'm obviously a Disney addict).  Besides, babies are portable and they don't talk back!

I had no trouble at all with him; my daughter was three at the time (although her first trip was at the ripe old age of 18 months).  I have a couple of recommendations to make your trip a lot easier.  First, try to travel light.  You can have baby items delivered to your Disney resort room through Garden Grocer.  These days many are using Amazon or shipping items from home directly to their resorts.  If you do that, please keep in mind that the package must be sent to the hotel's address and is labeled with the word "GUEST" and your date of arrival.

If you run out of anything while you're on vacation you can visit the Baby Care Centers located at any of the theme parks.  You can nurse there and have a nice break from the crowds, heat, and all the walking.  Remember, staying at a Disney resort means you can leave the parks, go swim, get a nap, and return to the parks later in the day.  That was really priceless to me.

As for the attractions, there are a ton of them you can enjoy with baby.  You can also look at Disney's website and check out the attractions.  The ones that say Guests "of any height" are the ones for you.

I hope this helps!  Thanks for visiting the Moms Panel.  Have a magical day!
