Going to Disney this April, looking for good suggestions as to where to eat with a 2 and 31/2 yr old. Any type of dining,

    Hi William,

I LOVE talking dining, and can certainly offer up a few suggestions for your upcoming Walt Disney World vacation!

For character dining experiences, I'd take a look at the following:
    Chef Mickey's
    1900 Park Fare
    Hollywood & Vine

If your little Mouseketeers happen to be princesses in training, perhaps a breakfast with the Disney Princesses would be a highlight of your trip! It may be a little late to book Cinderella's Royal Table, but see if Princess Storybook Dining at Akershus Royal Banquet Hall in Epcot is available during your trip for a guaranteed "royal treat!"

Be sure to check out the Disney Character Dining experiences on the disney.com site for a full list of characters and locations. Characters are subject to change, but it'll provide you a general guideline.

Our family also loves traveling to different Resort Hotels for our dining. Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge offers Boma-Flavors of Africa, a very popular buffet style restaurant and your family will be able to check out the savannah full of wildlife while you wait for your table.

I think the Coral Reef Restaurant in Epcot might be another great option for you, William, especially with dining alongside 4,000 sea creatures!

Have you discovered the dinner shows available? Mickey's Backyard BBQ is a widely popular option for small children as they can burn off steam while they dance right along with Mickey, Minnie and friends at Disney's Fort Wilderness.

I hope my suggestions were helpful, William. Feel free to visit me again as you customize your trip!
