    I have a dinning reservation for lunch on the day we check into our Disney hotel. I have done the online check-in, but can I utilize my meal plan start if I haven't physically checked-in?

    Hi Samantha,  

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! If you have completed online check-in, provided your credit card information, and received a "Direct to Room" email, then you should be able to use your Disney Dining Plan entitlements for your meal. The "Direct to Room" email indicates that everything has been activated, and you are all set to start enjoying the Theme Parks and Disney Dining Plan entitlements. 

    If you did not receive an email, then you can call (407) 939-3463 to make sure they have all of the information needed so that everything is activated. You can also go to your Resort Hotel prior to the 3:00 P.M. check-in time on the day of your arrival to be sure they have all of the necessary information.
