When you have the dining plan, can you use a table service credit for a counter service meal? I don't know if we would want to sit down at a restaurant every day, especially with a 2 year old!!

    Hi Holly,

You can use your table service credits for counter service meals.  However, I don't know if that would be the most economical choice for you -- counter service meals don't cost as much, so your dollars spent won't go as far.

Our family likes the opportunity to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the parks and enjoy a sit down meal each day.  Many of the character dining experiences are served buffet style.  This works out well when you have small children with you who don't appreciate the slow pace of restaurant dining.  They just want to be fed - NOW!

If you really think that you don't want a table service meal every day, I recommend getting the Quick Service plan.  You can pay out of pocket for an occasional table service meal.  To me, that might be the best option for your family.

Hope this helps.  Have a magical vacation!
