Are all the the dining plan entitlements available on every magic band in your family. Typically we split up in a quick service restaurant? Typically I order and retrieve the food while my husband takes the kids to find seats?

Hello Catherine! Thanks so much for your question. The short answer is yes, your Disney Dining Plan entitlements should be available on each MagicBand. You can go and order the food for your family, your husband can, or even one of your kids! It doesn't matter which MagicBand you scan because they will each hold your whole family's dining entitlements. During our last trip, my son was so fascinated with the MagicBand and he wanted to 'pay' for our food, so he would scan his MagicBand and take care of the bill. You can even split up in the parks and use your dining entitlements separately if you wish. I usually do this when I travel with my mom. She can't keep up with me in the parks so we separate and go our own pace. Its especially helpful for my family to be able to use our dining entitlements separately in the parks.
