Can we use our dining plan credits for special events such as the Frozen Dessert Party and the Festival of Fantasy Parade Dining?

    Hi Ronald!

Having one of the Dining Plans is a great way to experience many of the delectable dining options available throughout the Walt Disney World Resort!

Many special dining events, like the Disney Festival of Fantasy Parade Dining Package, do accept Table-Service Dining Entitlements as payment, but depending on the restaurant, they may require one or two Table-Service Dining Entitlements per person.  That being said, the Disney Festival of Fantasy Parade Dining Package only requires one Table-Service Dining Entitlement per person!

Unfortunately, you will have to pay out of pocket for dining events like the Frozen Ever After Dessert Party at Epcot World Showcase since dessert parties do not accept Dining Plan Entitlements as payment.  That being said, getting to enjoy tasty treats while watching fireworks, and in this case, even enjoying a special attraction, is a perfectly magical way to end a pixie-dusted day at the Walt Disney World Resort!

If you have any questions or concerns about how to best use your Dining Plan, feel free to reach out to the Case Members at Disney Dining by calling 407-WDW-DINE, or 407-939-3463.  They will be happy to help you make the most of your magical Walt Disney World Resort vacation!

Have a Great Big Beautiful Tomorrow!
