Hi With the 2018 dining changes (alcoholic beverages) if you choose this option initially can you then choose a nonalcoholic beverage during same meal and still be under the plan or would you pay out of pocket for this?

    Hi, there!

Tammy, I'm so happy to see you have a November trip planned for Walt Disney World Resort. November is a lovely time to visit "The Most Magical Place on Earth!"

The 2018 Disney Dining Plan has made some exciting changes! New this year, Guests 21 and older can choose either one non-alcoholic beverage or one mixed cocktail, beer, or glass of wine (where offered) within their Quick-Service or Table-Service meal entitlement.

If you ordered a glass of wine and then decided to additionally order a non-alcoholic beverage like a soda or fresh smoothie, you would need to pay for the additional beverage out-of-pocket. In some locations, however, it is possible you could redeem a Snack entitlement for an additional non-alcoholic beverage. Cast Members will be happy to provide any clarification for you upon ordering, so don't hesitate to ask!

I hope I've answered your question, Tammy. If you should have any more questions while you're planning for your upcoming vacation, please visit us again at the Disney Parks Moms Panel!
