Is there a difference in room pricing for children vs adults? When I made our reservation I said 4 adults in room, 1 is actually 13 so still a child, but adult as far as tickets go.

    Hi Heather!

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel. It sounds like you are planning an awesome vacation to Walt Disney World Resort. I'm happy to hear that you are planning on staying at a Disney Resort hotel because you will be able to enjoy all of the benefits that the Disney Resort hotels have to offer! For example, it's so helpful to book FastPass+ reservations 60 days in advance of your check-in date so you can get reservations for all of the attractions and entertainment experiences on your "must-do" list!

When visiting Walt Disney World Resort, young Guests are considered "adults" for the purposes of theme park tickets, dining plans and hotel reservations once they are 10 years old and above. So for your reservation, since your teen is 13 years old, the pricing of your hotel reservation is the same whether they are listed as an adult or a 13 year old child on your reservation. If you would like to update your reservation anyway for accuracy, you can do so either through your My Disney Experience account or by calling (407) 939-1936.

Be sure to download the My Disney Experience Mobile App as it's my favorite way to manage my plans, especially during your vacation! T-T-F-N, ta ta for now!
