what is the difference between the photo pass and the memory maker , i am not sure that i understand it and how do i get it ?

    Hello, Nour!

Thank you for bringing another question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I like to distinguish these as a service and a purchasable product. Here's what I mean by that:

While you are visiting Walt Disney World Resort, there will be Disney PhotoPass Service photographers available to capture your family's photos with characters, at select restaurants and in front of iconic structures such as Cinderella Castle. You will also find select attractions offer on-ride photos and video. To view your photos and video (media) use the My Disney Experience mobile app or visit MyDisneyPhotoPass.com.

Memory Maker is the product you will purchase that allows you to download your media. You can choose to purchase this product before your visit or you can buy it within the 45-day photo expiration window. Once activated, you have 30 days of unlimited downloads. For me, that means I can activate Memory Maker the day I arrive and begin sharing photos on social media from the mobile app. Then, once I return home, I visit the site to add fun borders and stickers before downloading all the media to my computer.

I hope this helps to clear up any confusion. Please visit us again should you have additional questions!

    Happy Planning!
