What is the difference between Disney’s FASTPASS Service and Disney FastPass+ ?

    Welcome, Ann Marie!

Disney FASTPASS® Service is a pixie-dusted option for Guests visiting Disneyland Resort in California. To receive FASTPASS tickets, you must have a physical admission ticket. On the day of your visit to Disneyland Park, or Disney California Adventure Park, go to any one of the FASTPASS distribution kiosks for attractions you wish to ride. The kiosks are typically located near the entrance to each attraction. Simply insert your theme park tickets and your FASTPASS reminder tickets will be promptly distributed. Each FASTPASS reminder ticket has a one-hour return time window. You can hold one FASTPASS reminder ticket at a time. The only exception being FASTPASSES for Fantasmic! and World of Color. These aren't associated with others in the FASTPASS system. Hence, you may obtain those first thing in the morning and still add others throughout the day.

Disney FastPass+ Service is exclusive to Guests visiting Walt Disney World Resort in Florida. If you are staying at a Disney Resort hotel, and purchased theme park tickets, you may book FastPass+ selections 60 days prior to your check-in date, for the entire length of your vacation. However, if you are staying off-property, then you may reserve FastPass+ selections up to 30 days in advance of each theme park visit day (one day at a time). You may reserve up to 3 FastPass+ choices per day in advance of your trip. Just be sure to have your admission tickets linked to your Disney account first. Once you've redeemed the initial set of FastPass+ selections, or the arrival window of your last FastPass+ entitlement has already expired, you can then book additional FastPass+ picks for the same day.

I hope you found this information useful, Ann Marie. Do come back soon with more questions.

    See ya' real soon!
