What is the difference in a "combo"and a "standard" entree in the Quick Service Dining? Thanking you in advance for your help. I think the Mom's Panel is GREAT! I have used it a lot since starting our planning in 5/2015!

Hi Dorothy! Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I absolutely love seeing guests just like you coming back to us again and again. Thank you so much for that wonderful compliment. It really is an honor to do this job and we all love what we do. You really made me smile!

My family loves the Disney Quick-Service Dining Plan. It allows us to have full bellies, happy kids, and a lot of flexibility with how and when we dine without a hassle. First I would like to just go over what is actually included with this Dining Plan. Included in your plan will be two Quick-Service meals and one snack per person, per night of your package stay. Your credits become available after you check-in to your Resort hotel, and you are able to use as many meals per day as you want until all of your entitlements have been redeemed. That means that if you want to use six Quick-Service meals in one day, you have that option! This plan also includes one Rapid Fill Resort refillable mug per person.

Now let’s talk about what a Quick-Service meal actually includes. Breakfast includes one entrée and one non-alcoholic beverage. Lunch/Dinner includes one entrée, one non-alcoholic beverage, and one dessert. When we talk about a combo entrée and a standard entrée, the difference really isn’t that big in my opinion. An example of a combo entrée could be a breakfast that includes a Mickey waffle, hashbrowns, and eggs. An example of a “standard” Quick Service entrée could be a burger, pizza, dinner salad, and choice of a side such as French fries, potatoes, etc. In my opinion it really is just language at this point. Most entrées come with a main dish and a choice of a side.

I hope that I have helped to answer your question! Please come back and visit us soon.
