I have many dietary resrtictions: GF, minimal fat, no beef, servere processed tomatoe allergy, ETC. I'm curious which resort would be best to stay at. I want to be able to go to a restaurant at my resort, in case I'm too tired to go back out into the park

Hi Melinda! I know it can be stressful to travel with special dietary needs, but I think you'll find Walt Disney World one of the most accommodating vacation destinations for your dietary restrictions. If you click here, you can read all about dining at Disney World with special dietary requests. All of the table-service and most of the quick-service dining locations are well-equipped to handle food allergies and intolerances, and many keep allergen-free foods on hand. Since you have multiple issues, you should email SpecialDiets@DisneyWorld.com and request information on which restaurants would be best equipped to handle your special dietary needs. You'll generally be able to find gluten-free, vegetarian, and low fat items at most restaurants, but the Special Diets department can provide you detailed information about the choices available so you can decide which resort would be best for you. (If a deluxe resort is in your budget, I'd recommend you stay at one of them since they have multiple sit-down and quick-service restaurants, which would give you a larger variety of dining options at your hotel.)
