Departing from Miami - is the bus that picks us up at the airport and brings us to port free or is there a fee?

    Ahoy, Tasha!

Thank you for sending in another excellent question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Disney Cruise Line strives to make your vacation as seamless as possible so ground transportation is offered from select airports including Miami International. Currently, a round trip voucher is $42 per person, but pricing is always subject to change. When you arrive at the airport, you'll claim your luggage and then look for the Disney Cruise Line representative in the baggage claim area. Once you board the motor coach, your bags will be stored underneath and you won't see them again until they arrive outside your stateroom door later that afternoon. You'll just need to keep a day bag with your passports and/or birth certificates, cruise documents, medications and anything else you may want before your luggage arrives (bathing suits, sunscreen, flip-flops) with you. If you purchase the round trip vouchers, you'll be delivered back to the airport once the ship returns to the Port of Miami. It will be a smooth sea to land transition for your crew!

We've cruised out of Miami a few times and enjoyed the benefits of using Disney Cruise Line transportation. If you are interested in adding ground transportation to your cruise reservation, just give Disney Cruise Line a call at (800) 951-3532. A representative will be glad to assist you.

Good luck with your plans, Tasha! We are always happy to help so please write back if you have any further questions.

    Have a MAGICal day!
