hi, for the deluxe dining plan can a meal be converted into snacks? can snacks be converted into a meal? thanks!!

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Ann Marie!

I can see that in a few weeks you will be making memories at the most magical place on Earth! You will be visiting during a very exciting time of the year, because the Walt Disney World Marathon Weekend will be taking place. I hope you get to see Guests going to the distance as they run several races!

Running gets me very hungry, so that automatically reminds me of all the great dining opportunities available at the Walt Disney World Resort. In order to take advantage of them, I highly recommend adding a Disney Dining Plan to your vacation package. When you add a Disney Deluxe Dining Plan, you have even more flexibility to choose where and how to use your entitlements.

It is my personal experience that a meal credit may be converted into snack entitlements, however please note that they must all be redeemed in the same transaction. You cannot save the credits to purchase snacks later in different places. I have only done this at the end of a trip whenever I found myself with leftover meal credits. When that happens, I usually head over to Main Street Confectionary to turn the meal credit into snacks that can be exchanged for goodies I can take home, such as Mickey krispie treats. Another great location to exchange snack credits is Goofy’s Candy Company at Disney Springs, and several other items can be found at your Disney Resort merchandise location. Please note that you cannot combine snack credits and convert them into a meal.

It was a pleasure answering your question, Ann Marie. I hope you come back to visit us real soon!

    Best magical wishes,
