We have just decided to go to Disney in a couple weeks. I know we are late to the game for planning purposes. I have a 2 1/2 year old who is obsessed with princesses. We will only be going to the parks for 2 days, definitely to MK. Help?

    Hi Lauren!

I've been on a few last minute vacations myself, so I can understand exactly where you are!  Planning is great, but at this age, sometimes it is best to wing it!

I'd definitely visit Magic Kingdom, and it would be very easy to make that a 2 day visit, especially if your little one is still napping during the day.  Other great options for the second day of your visit would be Disney's Animal Kingdom, or Disney's Hollywood Studios to check out the Disney Junior gang!

Make sure to check out the Walt Disney World Park Maps so that you have an idea of where you'll be headed while out and about.  You'll be spending quite a bit of time in Fantasyland, New Fantasyland, and Storybook Circus, so make sure you check over those areas really well.  Have a plan of where you'll be headed and go with the flow!  Many times some of the most magical moments are not planned!

If you're looking to meet Princesses, make sure you check out Princess Fairytale Hall to catch up with Anna and Elsa from Disney's Frozen.

I'd also take a little time to familiarize yourself with FastPass+.  You'll be able to make FastPass+ selections for some of your favorite attractions and experiences.  You can visit kiosks at the park to make your selection, or you can log into My Disney Experience to make them in advance.  Either way, I'd suggest creating an account ahead of time to save you time!

    Have a magical vacation!
