Disney's Magical Express transportation

We decided to fly the night before our vacation officially begins. We will be arriving at 9:40pm and staying at Coronado Springs for 1 night. Can I just send my bags to our final destination, Wilderness Lodge? Or do I need to bring everything on ME?

    Hi Karen,

Thank you for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question.  It sounds like you are planning a fantastic Walt Disney World Resort Vacation, both Resort Hotels that you have chosen are fantastic.

Since your flight arrives at 9:40 pm you will be able to use Disney's Magical Express luggage delivery service, however your luggage will need to be delivered to where you are staying for the night at Walt Disney World Resort, so in your case Disney's Coronado Springs ResortDisney's Wilderness Lodge will not be able to take your bags overnight, even though you are checking in the next day.  If you choose to use the luggage delivery service, please remember that your luggage will take a few hours to arrive at your Resort Hotel, so if you plan on going right to bed, I would suggest picking up your luggage prior to boarding Disney's Magical Express and taking it with you on the motorcoach.

With that being said, once you check-out of Disney's Coronado Springs Resort, Disney will transfer your bags to your next resort.  This service is complimentary, but make sure you have everything you need for the day, as the transfer can take a few hours.  All you need to do is call Bell Services when you are ready to check-out and they will take your luggage, tag it appropriately and have it delivered to Disney's Wilderness Lodge.

I hope you have a magical time at Walt Disney World Resort, Karen.  Please let us know if you have any other questions, we are always happy to help.
