Hi there! Just decided to extend my stay in December by 2 days but will be in a different resort. Can guests use the shuttles or Magical Express to transfer resorts? Thanks!

Extending your vacation -- what fun!

You are welcome to use Disney transportation to transport yourself from resort to resort, but Disney does not allow luggage on the internal transport buses. This is no problem; however, because Disney is happy to help you transfer your luggage between resorts. On the morning of your check-out from hotel A, bring your bags to Bell Services desk at hotel A and explain to them what you'd like to do. They will tag your bags for transfer to hotel B and give you a receipt. You can then go ahead and explore the parks for the day. After your fun, you can return to hotel B and check in there. By late afternoon, your bags will be at the bell services desk at hotel B. You can show them your receipt and reclaim your bags.

    Have a great trip!
