We are debating btwn the an AOA family suite & POR 2 rooms for our trip next Nov. coming with DH DS 8,7, & 5 & DD's 2. Which do you think will be better for families? How is the bus system from POR & any thoughts on how it will be from AOA?

    Hi Alexis,

As a Mom of 5 myself, I prefer to have as much space as possible when staying together in a resort room. As nice and family friendly as the Art of Animation is going to be, with as many children as you are traveling with, I would choose connecting rooms at the Port Orleans Riverside. Those standard rooms are approximately 352 square feet each, which will allow you to spread out a little. In addition, the Family Suites have couches and chairs that make into beds for the kids. My children sleep better on a real bed, which they would get at the Riverside.

The bus system at Port Orleans Riverside is comparable to all of the other resorts. It can get crowded at times, but no more so than the Value resorts. In addition, the Family Suites will most likely have a lot of big families (a lot of people boarding the buses at once), where there may be more smaller families and couples staying at Port Orleans Riverside.

Hope this helps. If you need more assistance planning your vacation, please don't hesitate to send a follow-up question.

    Have a wonderful vacation,
