How does the DDP work for kids under 3? If we have DDP for me, my husband and our 4 yo, will we be charged a meal when our 2 yo is with us at a table service meal? Thinking specifically character meals.

Hi Carrie.  Thank you for visiting the Moms Panel!  The Disney Dining Plan is a great option to have while vacationing at the Walt Disney World Resort.  It's a great feeling to know that all of your meals are "paid" for and not having to worry about carrying around too much cash!

The Disney Dining Plan is available to all Guests ages 3 and over.  Your two year old will not be charged for the Disney Dining Plan.  Your little Nemo is welcome to eat off of your plate for no charge.  Now, if you decide to purchase a Kid's Meal you will have to pay for this meal out-of-pocket.  I think this is a great time to introduce your little Nemo to some of Disney's finest goodies.  My family loves to dine at Disney's Buffets because there's always something to eat for our picky little Princess.

I hope you enjoy your vacation and let the memories begin!
