Hi, my DH, DS 9,DD 6, and I will be in WDW next June. Our first day will also be our 13th anniversary. Where would you recommend we eat dinner that would be special and also include our kids? We willl have DDDP. Thanks for this incredible planning tool.

Thank you for the compliment!  We really love answering your questions.  :)

I would suggest California Grill in the Contemporary Resort.  It is upscale dining as far as food is concerned, but the atmosphere is still relaxed and you'll find plenty of families dining there.  (The restaurant is actually rather noisy, which makes it easier to take your kids to and not worry about them disrupting someone's quiet romantic meal)

It is located high atop the Contemporary, so you have a beautiful view of Cinderella's Castle.  And if you time your meal just right, you can even watch the Wishes fireworks show from the balcony.  The music is piped in, so you won't miss a moment of the atmosphere.

This meal would be two credits from your Dining Plan.

We have spent many anniversaries in Disney World and it is a great place to be, then or any other time.  Have a wonderful vacation!

PS) Don't forget to ask for Anniversary buttons when you check in to your resort!
