Hi, Tawn!  I travel often with a friend who has a picky eater, and we have never had any difficulty ordering a meal from the children's menu if she couldn't find anything on the adult menu that was acceptable.  The restaurants are also usually pretty accommodating at adapting a meal so that it is more "kid friendly".  For example, if there is a pasta dish on the menu, in most cases, you can ask for it to be served without sauce, with just tomato sauce, etc.  If she'll eat chicken, but there is a chicken dish with some type of sauce, they can leave the sauce off and serve just plain chicken.

The only time you might have an issue is if you are on one of the Disney Dining Plans.  It usually becomes a little trickier to try and order a children's meal with adult credits.  I have seen them offer a larger sized portion of a children's meal to try and make it a more adult sized entree, but that is at the discretion of the individual restaurant.

I hope you are able to find things that she'll enjoy!  I have lived through the pickiest stages with my girls, and I am just now able to order pepperoni on a pizza!  Good luck!
