Want to take DS 5 and DD2 to Disney next year. My sister thinks its a waste of money as they won't be able to go on most things and that they will be too young to remember - anyone else taken kids this young and did they enjoy it?

    Hullo Helen!

The first time that I brought my son, now age 10, to Disney World he had just turned 2 & he STILL remembers many special moments from that trip. The first time that I brought my little girl she was only 7 weeks old so um, she doesn't remember a thing! But I do!

When people try to say that it's a waste of time or money to take young children I tell them not to discount their OWN memories. Life is so short that we have to be greedy and soak up these great memories with our kids while we can! Why shouldn't we have fabulous memories and pictures of them in Disney World?

Is there a magic age for Disney World? I don't think so. I've brought my children from the time they were only a few weeks old and we have gone on rides..maybe not the super fast ones, but they are still rides! You will see LOTS of other kids the same ages as your children in Disney World and know that you are not alone.

Tell your sister to come along and she can have a great time too!
