    DCL in 12 days -doin online checkin-i paid for room with dis cc so i get a credit but i'm not act staying in that room so how do i receive it now?? im in another room. but i want my credit. we are all putting our own key to w cards to our own CC & name

    It's almost time for the single digit dance!  I know you are looking forward to sailing away for an amazing cruise adventure next week!
    When I've had onboard credits, they have not shown up on online.  There is usually a card left in your stateroom with your credit amount and should be present when you check your onboard account either on your stateroom TV or by visiting Guest Services.  If you haven't already, I would give Disney Cruise Line a call at (800) 951-3532 to check to see which stateroom received the onboard credit.  Hopefully, they can credit it to the correct stateroom before you board.  If not, I would stop by Guest Services on Deck Three upon boarding to see if it can be switched.
