    Hi David,

Sounds like you are planning a fabulous trip to Disney World! Awesome that you will be there for 10 days!

Disney is a great place to visit for guests who require many types of special assistance. Check the link on the Guests with Disabilities section on the WDW website for Guests with Mobility Disabilities. There you'll find a list of the attractions for all four of the theme parks which allow Guests in wheelchairs to remain in them and which attractions require Guests to transfer from wheelchairs to board.

Please keep in mind that Cast Members are not allowed to lift Guests on and off of attractions. Some of the attractions have moving sidewalks in the boarding area. If she is not able to board while the sidewalks are in motion, please see a Cast Member for assistance.

Please feel free to visit with any further questions during your planning.  I think you'll be pleasantly surprised at how easy it is getting around the "world" with someone with special needs.

Wishing you many magical memories :-) Allison
