We have the 3-days one park per day tickets and we forgot to put names on the card. I would like to go on my own but I don’t know which is my card how can I figure that out ?

    Hey there, Jocelyn,

I enjoy taking in a little solo time at the Disneyland Resort myself. It is quite a treat to set my own agenda at my own pace. I get to eat what I want. I get to experience the attractions I want. And I get to enjoy the entertainment that I want. It's supercalifragilisticexpialidocious!

I'm sorry about the mixup of your tickets. Hopefully, this is something we can help get sorted out. The easiest way to tell which printed ticket belongs to you would be if you happen to also have the tickets scanned into the Disneyland app with your names associated in the app. When you look at the tickets in the app, you will see the ticket number below the barcode. This ticket number will match the ticket number on the corresponding ticket card. If you find a ticket with your name attached to it in the app, look for that ticket number on the card that belongs to you.

If you haven't already scanned the tickets into the Disneyland app, feel free to go ahead and do so. Even if you don't happen to use the Disney MaxPass service, the app can be used for admission to the parks through the main entrance turnstiles. You may also choose to scan in the tickets on someone else's mobile device and account. That would allow you to keep all the ticket cards with you on your solo visit, while still allowing the others in your group the option of using the tickets on the app to join you later. Then when you arrive at the ticket booths or the entrance turnstiles, you'll be able to sort out which ticket belongs to you based on the matching photograph taken during your first day's visit. That's your chance to write down the names of each ticket holder for future reference. And with your own ticket card marked, you'll be able to know which to use with Disney FASTPASS kiosks and for park re-entry afterward.

I hope that gives an idea of how you can get things sorted out for your visits. Have a magical time at the Disneyland Resort, Jocelyn!
