    I am 60 days out and I cannot get my fastpasses to connect to my account - and my reservation and tickets are linked.... help!!!

    Hello and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

    I am so sorry to hear that you are having difficulty linking your FastPass+ to your reservation.  Technology is great, but there are times that it can have you throwing your hands up in the air.  Although I know the Disney Parks Moms Panel can assist our guests with many of their questions, there are times we have to refer them to the real experts who work behind the scenes.  At this point, I highly recommend calling (407)939-5277 and allowing a Cast Member to direct you to one of their technology experts who will assist you in putting all of your vacation information in one spot.  I have had to call them for help in the past and I can say it was very painless.  

    Diane's Tip of the Day:  I know I enjoy shopping from the convenience of my own home or while my husband is driving.  Shopping for Disney souvenirs is the one of my favorite things to do.  The Shop Disney Parks App has something for everyone.  Make sure to check it out.
