    Marianne from FL Asked

We would like to take a day trip up to Orlando and dine at Disney Springs. Is there pet sitting available at Disney springs or around The Boardwalk area? thanks

Hello there, Marianne! Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

Disney Springs is such a great location for a day trip and date night! Between the first-class dining locations, unique boutiques for shopping, and wide variety of entertainment, you can easily send an entire vacation taking in all that Disney Springs has to offer! If you’re wanting a create a keepsake of your trip, be sure to stop by the Disney PhotoPass Service Studio. Here, you will have the opportunity to pose for Disney PhotoPass Photographers in virtual Disney backdrops and utilize super fun props all in a professional, indoor studio!

While there is not pet sitting available at Disney Springs or Disney’s Boardwalk specifically, Best Friends Pet Care is a full-service pet boarding daycare center located in the Disney Springs Resort Area! Furry (and not-so-furry!) family members are welcome to stay for the day or overnight at this spacious center that includes 17,000 square feet of air-conditioned indoor space, 10,000 square feet of covered outdoor runs and play space, and a 25,000 square foot dog park. There’s even a grooming salon available, if you’d like to treat your pet to their own spa day!

Best Friends Pet Care is open one hour prior to the theme parks and closes one hour after the theme parks. Reservations can be made either online or by phone. It’s also important to note that all pets must be up-to-date on their vaccinations and written proof is required from a veterinarian.

Hopefully this has provided a bit more information regarding pet accommodations available at Walt Disney World Resort!
