    We have 10 day tix w hop and water park opt. We plan to upgrade on the day we arrive to aps. I know we can go to GS at DS to do it but what is the process? How do they know what we have to know what our different in cost is? What do we need with us?

    How exciting that you are becoming an Annual Passholder. I really think you will enjoy the convenience and benefits associated with the Annual Pass.

    Usually, just by entering all the numbers and information on the back of your ticket, the cast member at guest relations can tell the history on your ticket including price paid and the "trade-in" value toward your Annual Pass. However, if you have receipts, email confirmations on the ticket purchase, or any other documents related to the current tickets, bring them along as it certainly cannot hurt. They will most likely also ask for photo ID for guests 18 and older, so have IDs on hand.

    Once they identify the face value of your ticket, they can figure out the cost to upgrade your tickets to Annual Passes. You will then surrender your current tickets in exchange for the yellow Annual Pass cards. These can be used for admission into the parks and will also serve as your discount card for purchases.
