Walt Disney World Halloween

I have a 3 day park ticket (no park hopper). I also purchased a separate ticket for the Not-So-Scary Halloween party. Will my magicband use 1 Park day for the Halloween party without me wanting it to? I sure hope not!

    Hi Giulia,

Glad you stopped by today at the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Ready to Fall into Magic at Walt Disney World Resort?

Why is this a great time to visit? In addition to Epcot International Food & Wine Festival, Mickey wants to celebrate the season with fun but spooky special party in Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. This special event will give you access to an incredible parade, spectacular fireworks and many of your favorite characters while you treat or trick. It does require a special ticket and it starts at 7:00 p.m., but in order to get ready for the party, Guests are allowed to enter Magic Kingdom Park as early as 4:00 p.m. You do not need a regular Theme Park Ticket unless you want to visit the Theme Park earlier in the day.

In order not to use a regular Theme Park Ticket when you arrive early, you want to look for a Cast Member at the entrance and mention you only wish to use your Party Ticket. They'll be able to select the correct Ticket from your MagicBand and issue you your wristband. Simple ah?

One last tip: arriving early is a great time to have a nice dinner. Special party dining options are available but require advanced reservations as well as special events tickets. Happy planning!

    Ricardo.
