Have a 2-day and haven't used it yet when do they expire

Hi, Roger, and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

I’m so excited to hEAR that you’re planning your dream Disney getaway for this summer! I see that you're curious about the expiration of a 2-day theme park ticket you already purchased. If you received a paper ticket, you’ll find a date on the back of the ticket – if you don’t use the ticket by that date, the ticket is considered expired; however, the “cash value” never expires. If the ticket has expired, simply take it to a Main Entrance Ticket Booth to upgrade to the current price (if it has changed since your date of purchase). If you purchased your 2-day ticket online, the date of expiration should also be printed on your Disney eTicket.

Before your magical adventure at the Disneyland Resort begins, I’d recommend downloading the Disneyland app – it’s a valuable tool for saving time and making the most of your theme park days! I love utilizing the app for checking wait times, locating favorite Characters, and ordering food and drinks ahead of time. I’d also highly recommend adding Disney MaxPass to your ticket, which can be done each day you enter the parks. This allows you to make FASTPASS selections from the convenience of your phone! Plus, it includes Disney PhotoPass photo downloads each day you add it!

If you have any other questions as you continue planning your pixie-dusted vacation, please stop by… I’m all EARS!

    See ya’ real soon!

Meet the Panelist: Kristin, California

Hello from sunny California! I currently live less than an hour from the Disneyland Resort, and have been an Annual Passholder for about 20 years! As a mom of three kids under the age of 7, I consider myself an expert at navigating the Disneyland Resort with little ones. My family of five can’t get enough of the magic and happiness we encounter every time we step foot on Main Street, U.S.A. I look forward to sprinkling pixie dust on your next visit to “The Happiest Place on Earth!”
