My daughters are 11 and 9. My question is which Disney water park, Typhoon Lagoon, or Blizzard Beach would have more for them to enjoy? Also, what are the entrance fees for the water parks? thanks in advance!

    Probably Blizzard Beach.

My preference is Typhoon Lagoon but my nearly 9 year old son says that Blizzard Beach is the best water park.

Typhoon Lagoon has slides and the awesome wave pool but it lacks the activity area that is offered at Blizzard Beach.

The Ski Patrol Training Camp area is a huge hit with the under 12 set. In fact, one of the activities is the Thin Ice Training Course where kids get to climb over "icebergs". There is a sign that states "12 and under only".

My son really loves the sign at the entrance to the Camp that states "All adults should be accompanied by a child"!

Pre-teens can also enjoy the tube slide called "Cool Runners" in this area.

Current entrance fees for the water parks are $40 ages 10 and up. $34 for kids ages 3-9. Under 3 is free. Prices are subject to change.
