This will be my daughters & husbands first time ever coming to the park are there any tips ?she is 4& her favoritePrincess is Ariel

    Dear Amber,

Thank you so much for reaching out to us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your great question about planning your daughter's and your husband's first time at Walt Disney World Resort!

What a magical time for your entire family! I know that you are going to absolutely love seeing the joy in your daughter's eyes every time she experiences something new and wondEARful!

One of my top tips is to arrive early at your desired park for the day. If you arrive before park opening, you will likely be able to get on a couple of attractions without using FastPass+ selections, all before the larger crowds start to arrive. I also recommend, especially with a younger child like yours, to pace yourself a bit. It can be tempting to want to show her every last attraction in the parks, but you and she will both probably be happier doing fewer things and taking some time to really soak in all of the wonder and magic around you.

For Ariel fans, no trip would be complete without a stop at Under the Sea - Journey of The Little Mermaid, in Magic Kingdom's Fantasyland, and a meet and greet with the Princess herself! At Disney's Hollywood Studios, don't miss Voyage of the Little Mermaid, which will enchant fans of Ariel and her friends.

Hope that helps you to begin to plan your magical vacation!
