My daughter is 2 yrs old and is over 3 ft tall and talks like an adult she will be 3 the week AFTER are Disney trip. I am worried about getting hassled though if she doesn't have a ticket. Do I need to take a birth certificate?

    Hi Chantel:

My eldest toddler looks old for his age due to his height, yet I have never needed my childrens' birth certificates at Disney World. Cast Members have never hassled me or questioned the age of my children after being told of their ages, and I've never seen Disney Cast Members question the ages of anyone else's children after being told their ages. I've only seen Cast Members take parents' word for the ages of their children. If it makes you feel more comfortable, at most, I would bring a photocopy of your child's birth certificate, but it's extremely doubtful that you will need it.

Enjoy your vacation and happy upcoming birthday to your child.
