My daughter and I are going to WDW in Nov w/ my parents & grandparents. We will be arriving at seperate times due to work...will we all need to go to check in when we arrive or can the one getting there first get everyone key to the world &parking

    Hi Sylvia!

How wonderful that you will be experiencing a multi generational trip to Walt Disney World!  The experiences you will share as a family will be ones that will last a lifetime. Having just had an experience with separate check-in, I can tell you that Disney works with the guest to make sure all parties who are on the reservation are able to check in at their leisure.  You do not need to be together to check in at your resort.  You can check-in for your party, and then request that Key To The World cards be left at the registration desk for those parties that are arriving at a later time.  When they arrive, they only need to say that they have a Key To The World card waiting for them, and the Cast Member will be more than happy to retrieve that for them.

One item to note:  When checking-in, Guest Services will link all KTTW cards to ONE credit card, so make sure you note if you want to add charging privileges to all the cards, or solely to the main CC holder. Hope this helps you plan your magical vacation!-Malanie
