    Billie from KY Asked

my daughter turns 17 on our trip. i wanted to suprized her with a red and white polka-dot Minnie dress. She will not have makeup or try to look like Minnie and i know they have rules about dressing up, but can she wear this in the park with Minnie ears?

    Dear Billie,

I'm so glad that you stopped by to visit us here again at the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your great question about planning ahead for your daughter's special day!

Yes, that will be totally fine for her to wear, as it would not be considered a costume. Have you heard about the new offering at the Walt Disney World Salons, Character Couture Packages? A Minnie-style makeover might an absolutely perfect addition to her Disney look for the day!

Hope that helps with your magical planning!
