My daughter and I will be traveling to Disney next summer together. She will be a month shy of 17 when we get there. I would like to spend an evening at the Laguna Bar at Coronado Springs, is she able to go with me or is this an adults only type bar?

    Hi Michelle,

Because the Walt Disney World resort is so family-friendly, there are few places that those younger than 21 are restricted from entry, including most resort lounges and bars.

Your daughter will be more than welcome to join you at the waterside Laguna Bar, which serves sandwiches, salads and non-alcoholic beverages in addition to a range of signature cocktails, margaritas and sangria.

Laguna even has a kids menu for younger guests.

We love the food choices at a number of the resort lounges and often visit with our daughters for a small meal, with or without a libation. The lounge menus offer a nice change of pace from quick service dining.

Wishing you a wonderful time with your daughter throughout your visit. Enjoy!
