Our daughter has tactile & auditory sensory processing disorder. Waiting in a line like TS Mania would be a nightmare for her. I have read diff info on a disability pass. Could you please explain this more to me & would I need to get one at each pa

Hi Stacey!  I have a grandson who also deals with tactile and auditory sensory processing disorder so I am very familiar with how difficult it is for your daughter to wait in long lines at Walt Disney World. One of the things that makes Disney Parks so unique is the way they have planned for every single person and their unique needs. I like to think of it as a little extra pixie dust sprinkled on each Guest--I love it! Take a look here at all of the many things Disney offers to those with disabilities. No one is left out.

When you arrive for your visit, please stop at Guest Relations (located at the front of every Park) and ask for a Disability Access Service Card. This is available to everyone who would have a hard time waiting in a normal line due to any disability and offers Guests return times for attractions based on the current wait time. You are not required to present medical proof of any kind--this service is run on the honor system. For more information please take a look at the Disney Parks Disability Access Service Card Fact Sheet on the Walt Disney World website. You can also download the Disability Access Service guide here.  If you would prefer, you can contact Disability.services@disneyparks.com or call (407) 560-2547.

One thing is for sure--your daughter will have an amazing time at Walt Disney World. My little grandson that I mentioned earlier sure does! As a matter of fact, sometimes its the ONLY place he wants to be because he feels so happy and comfortable there. Please stop back by the Disney Parks Mom's Panel with any other questions you might have. Have a wonderful day and a magical vacation!
