    Mary from MN Asked

My 9 yo daughter is very sweet and loves princesses. I want to do something special with her while she is still full of magical thinking. Could you please give me several options at different price ranges that will give us both special memories? Thanks!

    Hi, Mary!

There are a few princess options available.  Free with admission to the theme parks are the princess meet and greets.  You will find these throughout the theme parks, but you might want to make or buy a special autograph book, or bring a pillowcase or picture frame for the princesses to sign and your daughter to keep.

You could give her a complete princess makeover at the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique.  With packages that range in price from about $55 to up to $190, you'll find options that include hairstyle, makeup, complete princess costume, and a photo package.  There are boutiques at Downtown Disney and the Magic Kingdom, but book in advance to avoid disappointment!  More information can be found by clicking Walt Disney World Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique.

For $250, you'll find My Disney Girl's Perfectly Princess tea party is the ultimate mother/daughter experience.  The tea takes place at Disney's Grand Floridian resort, and the price includes lunch for one adult and one child, My Disney Girl doll (think American Girl type of doll), other trinkets to remember the day, story time, and usually a meet and greet with Princess Aurora.  This does book in advance, so you'll want to call ahead.  Everything you need to know can be found at My Disney Girl's Perfectly Princess Tea Party.

There are also several character meals that include princesses.  Although characters are subject to change, you will usually find princess at Cinderella's Royal Table inside Cinderella Castle at the Magic Kingdom; Akershus at EPCOT; and 1900 Park Fare at the Grand Floridian.

    I hope this helps!
