As you know, for the safety of all of the exotic creatures that call
Disney’s Animal Kingdom home,
balloons are not allowed in the park, and balloons are generally not allowed in
Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge for the same reason. That being said, I just spoke with one of the Dream Makers from
Disney Floral & Gifts who informed me that they are able to work some of their pixie-dusted magic to be able to deliver balloons right to your room in Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge!
