My daughter has SPD. Crowds make her have emotional meltdowns. Is there any way I can avoid her standing on long lines. Her therapist can give me a letter if that helps my siduation. What can I do This is her first visit .

    Hi Rosalind,

If your daughter's Sensory Processing Disorder prevents her from waiting on long lines, you can request a Guest Assistance Card at any Guest Relations location at Walt Disney World.  The card will enable your family to access attractions via an alternate, generally less-crowded entrance.  While this will not eliminate your wait times, it will greatly reduce them, and will likely help create a more magical vacation for your special family.  You don't need a physician's note to receive a card.  Simply explain your daughter's needs, and your concerns to the Cast Member who assists you at Guest Relations.

    Have a wonderful trip!
