My daughter is 5 but very small (less than 30 lbs.) Most people think she is 2 or 3 and she eats only a couple of table spoons per meal due to medical issues. I don't want to lie about her age, but don't want to pay full price for the buffets.Suggestions?

Hello, Nancy!  Welcome to the Moms Panel!

Thank you so much for submitting your question to the Moms Panel.  I can certainly understand your dilemma.  The prices for many of the buffets can be a bit pricey and knowing that your child will only enjoy a very small portion can be very frustrating.  Upon checking in, I would ask to speak to a manager or someone in charge.  Explain you child's condition, if you are comfortable with that, and see if there is something they can do for you. Unfortunately, I can not guarantee anything, but it is a start.  Another suggestion would be to pack a small meal for your child.  There will not be any issues if you need to pull out your own meal for your little one while you and the the rest of your family dine from the buffet.  Disney certainly understands that many folks are on special diets for different reasons.

I hope this helps as you continue with your planning.  Please come and visit with me again should any new questions or concerns pop-up.  I will more than happy to help.  May your Walt Disney World vacation be filled with many new and MAGICAL memories.
