My daughter requires a wheelchair accessible room. We are staying at POR 3/4-3/9 with a total of 2 adults and 3 children. Can you tell me the layout of the rooms. I have heard several different possibilities and I want to make sure there is enough room.

    Hi Alexis,

I think it may be helpful for you to explore a couple of websites to see photos of the room layouts to better picture what to expect.  I always think a picture if worth a thousand words!

One website with many photos and information is www.portorleans.org.  Similarly, www.allearsnet.com has a large collection of photos, including ones of an Accessible Room (just do a search for Port Orleans Riverside Accessible Room).

The resort is undergoing some renovations, so the actual decor may be different once you arrive.  But won't it be fun to be in a  shiny, new room! Just make sure to include a notation in your reservation about needing a room with accommodations.

Have a wonderful trip. Please let us know if we can help again.
