My daughter really wants to go to Animal Kingdom, and her favorite movie is the Lion King. She really wants to see the show, even though she saw it last year. Is there better times to go than others? We'll be going on a Friday.

Oh Katie, your daughter and I share the same passion for the Lion King! I must see that show at some point during every Disney World visit! There really isn't a better time to see the show during the day. I have found that the first show of the day will have the smaller lines to get in and thus less waiting out in the heat. You don't have to go an hour ahead to get inside. Every section is a good section and I have sat anywhere from the top row to the bottom row and have enjoyed the show each time. My usual plan is to get to the park just before opening and then head to the Kilimanjaro Safari ride. I like to do this first so I can ride without using a Fast Pass. Then we trek either over to Expedition Everest or Dinosaur, pick up a Fast Pass and then walk to the Lion King show. This has worked well in the past for timing but each day can be different due to different crowds. Enjoy!
