My daughter is a picky eater. This trip she will be 10. She will not eat anything on the adult menu. We enjoy Sci fi, Coral Reef and Be Our Guest. Will they let her eat off the kids menu. I don't want to run around getting her food before we eat.

    Hi Wendy!

Children at the age of 10 can be pretty set in their culinary ways. I know that my own grandchildren would survive on chicken fingers, grilled cheese, mac and cheese and peanut butter!

Disney Restaurants will certainly allow your daughter to choose off the children's menu. Most of the time they will ask if you would like a children's menu when they seat you at your table. If not then simply ask them for one.

The biggest issue as your children grow is that the children's menu portion sizes are small. As they need and want more food it is a good time to start having them check out the regular menu options. Point out that many of the same foods are on it but labeled with different names. Remind them that sauces can be omitted and other things added. The Disney chefs will do everything possible to make even their youngest guests happy with the food.

    Enjoy your Disney dining!
