My daughter will be 17 months old at the time of our visit Dec 18-23. Would you recommend a character breakfast? What about the Christmas party since it ends the 18th and that is our day of arrival (by car).

    Hi Becky,

I would definitely recommend a character breakfast for a toddler.  My children loved characters at this age, and we found it a great way to allow them to interact with the characters without having to wait in long lines.

If it were me, I would probably opt out of Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party.  It is certainly a unique experience, but it is a costly addition to your vacation budget.  There are so many magical things your family will experience within the normal park touring days, you won't need to add anything "extra" to the trip for a child this age.  I would suggest saving the admission ticket money and buying that extra souvenir or scheduling another character meal.

    Have a great trip!
