My 9 y/o daughter hit puberty early & looks 11-12. Will we need to show proof of her age for her ticket & dining plan? Small appetite still, so not worth upgrading her to adult to avoid problems & she is 9 so rightfully deserves the kids ticke

    Hi there Brianna!

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel! The answer to your question is no. As a mom of four children with two that are very tall,  I can assure you that I've never been asked to show proof of age when visiting the Walt Disney World Resort.  We have visited when all of our children were 9-years-old and never encountered any issues when entering the parks or dining in the Table-Service restaurants.

I hope this information eases your mind. Please don't hesitate to stop by again with any additional questions that you may have. Best wishes for a magical trip, Brianna!

    Happy Planning,
