If daughter gets a DAS can we use it during extra magic hrs? Can we use it for shows or just rides? Can I ask for a return time if she's not with me right then (she would come back to ride w/ me). Trying to save her some walking, she tires easily.

Hello there, Jana! Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Thank you so much for stopping by and once again submitting an excellent question!

Walt Disney World Resort is absolutely amazing when is comes to providing accommodations and services for Guests with disabilities! I know firsthand just how helpful these services can be particularly when you want to enjoy your time on vacation! I can easily cite this commitment as one of the main reasons I return to Walt Disney World Resort year after year.

Disability Access Service is a tool available at Disney Parks to enhance the experience of Guests with disabilities. This service is provided to Guests that cannot wait in a conventional queue environment due to their disability. With Disability Access Service, Guests may schedule a return time for an attraction that is based on the current standard queue wait. Any member of the travel party may obtain the return time but the Guest with Disability Access Service must be present at the time of boarding. So this strategy can definitively be utilized if your daughter needs to save a bit of energy!

Disability Access Service is available at any attraction that offers FastPass+ service. As long as the entertainment offering has a FastPass+ entrance, you can use the Disability Access Service to receive a return time. Also, since Disability Access Service utilizes the same entrance as FastPass+ reservations, it is not generally offered during Extra Magic Hours. However, return times for Disability Access Service are available throughout normal operating hours and may be used at any time prior to the park closing!

I hope this information helps your daughter have a magical time!
