Can my daughter, who is a Florida resident, buy a discounted ticket for her 14 year old brother?

Hi Michele! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

How fun that your daughter lives so close to the Walt Disney World Resort! If I lived closer to "The Most Magical Place on Earth" you would probably find me there ALL the time!

As a Florida Resident, there are exclusive Walt Disney World ticket and Annual Pass offers available for your daughter. I spoke with a Cast Member and was told that proof of Florida residency has to be provided by those ages 18 and older. As long as your daughter provides proof of residency and her ID to pick up her ticket and her 14-year-old brother's ticket, they should be all set! If any other Guests ages 18 or older need to purchase tickets but do not live in Florida, they will not be able to purchase the Florida Resident tickets because each Guest 18-years-old and above has to provide proof of residency.

I hope this helps you prepare for your visit, Michele! Please let us know if you have any other questions.
